It’s been a while! I have not disappeared. I’m still crafting, just at a slower rate. Currently the pressure in my sinuses has made all the thoughts evaporate from my brain so this post will be extremely short.
Here’s what I finally managed to finish this weekend. My cousin ordered it for her daughter (whose first name starts with M). It was my first real foray into appliqué and there are some imperfections and I had to seam-rip and re-sew a couple of things but overall I think the result is quite nice. The imperfections just make it more unique. There will never be another one just like it, even if I tried!!
